With 20 years of experience in IT management and systems administration, Jose bring a wealth of expertise across diverse industries, including real estate, manufacturing, and environmental/recycling sectors. With over 30 years of experience in shopping centre management, Raymond brings a global perspective to leasing, operations, and retail development, having worked in Canada, the United States, and the Middle East. A graduate of Ryerson University’s Business Administration program, Raymond is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX). As a licensed real estate sales representative in Ontario, Raymond has also lectured internationally on shopping centre management and retail development and served on the ICSC Certified Shopping Centre Manager Committee from 1998 to 2004.

Project Management
Dani brings a wealth of diverse experience in architecture, construction, and project management. Her portfolio includes tenant coordination for large-scale new retail development projects, technical work on sustainable redesigns of older office buildings, and most recently, focusing on managing tenant interior fit-outs within retail, office, and industrial environments. In addition, she has contributed her expertise to select residential projects, further showcasing her versatility. Dani is known for her ability to deliver exceptional results by balancing the needs of all stakeholders, managing tight timelines, and ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations, enabling businesses to continue thriving throughout the process.
